BILLING POLICY

Skin Bio does not currently accept insurance for services. All medical and cosmetic visits are cash pay and the financial responsibility of the patient.  All payments must be made in full at your visit.

PRICING POLICY

Fees are subject to change without notice, we will provide fee information upon request. If you have any questions about the prices of your services, please inquire at the time of booking or before your appointment begins. 

BOOKING POLICY

To book an appointment, we currently do not charge a booking fee. However, we do require a credit card on file to hold your appointment in case you cancel without 24 hours notice or do not show up to your appointment. We will run the card on file according to our Cancellation Policy. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We know you invest a lot of time and money into looking and feeling your best. To reflect this in our unparalleled level of service, we enforce a cancellation policy to ensure our best time and services. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge if your need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Without proper notice, there will be a fee of $50 for medical office visits and esthetician services, and a fee of $150 for medical procedures (injections, lasers, IV Drips).

We understand special circumstances may cause you to cancel without proper notice. In these situations, fees may be waived if approved by management.

CREDIT CARD ON FILE

At Skin Bio, all patients are required to have a credit card on file. We utilize an electronic medical record (EMR) system, which securely stores your card and allows us to process credit card transactions.

GIFT CARDS

Skin Bio gift cards can be redeemed for services or products purchased at our office, but cannot be used for any purchases made on our online store. You must present the gift card upon redemption. Gift cards are non refundable.
